Cada año me veo obligada a escribir esta entrada; este año la cabecera de la manifestación de Madrid me gusta menos de lo acostumbrado “Salud e Igualdad por Derecho” o en Santa Cruz "matrimonio=matrimonio". La noción de "por Derecho" me resulta de lo más perturbador.

Mi condición dubitativa y mi profundo rechazo epidérmico a las colectividades siempre me han situado en lugares incómodos. Entiendo la vindicación, entiendo que se juegue con las reglas que están puestas sobre la mesa, pero espero que en el precio a pagar no esté incluido olvidar que ni tenemos todas las cartas, ni la mesa en la que jugamos es la misma para todas.

Con este lema no sé si se está pretendiendo decir que salud e igualdad son cosas que tenemos garantizadas(idealmente) gracias al derecho, esto es a un cuerpo de leyes y a unas instituciones que las hacen valer, o si se está pretendiendo inferir que son, de hecho, derechos al modo inherente y kantiano.

A lo mejor se pretende decir ambas y quedarse tan anchas en ese lenguaje, moderno -s.s. xvi y xvii-, pulido por los avatares de liberales y marxistas de diversos pelajes durante el siglo en el que todas nacimos.

Sea lo que sea, siendo lícita la vindicación, la lucha de un colectivo para lograr no ser excluidos de la existencia política. La cuestión no consiste en formar parte del sistema, nunca seremos parte del sistema en realidad, hasta que el esqueleto cultural cambie. Y lo que sucede es que la osificación parte del sistema hacia las potencialidades de lo que "nuestra" forma de pensar vivir y desear suponen.

Por seguir con las metáforas orgánicas, el sistema "nos" digiere, como a toda disidencia, como a cualquier rama que se escapa del seto de la normalidad heteropatriarcal-capitalista pasando por un infinito proceso de ramoneo rumiante que lo desactiva todo en el marasmo del nunca obliterable y ubicuo Estado de Derecho.

No podemos olvidar que la perturbación en la fuerza que "implicamos" resulta y seguirá resultando algo inaceptable, y que lograr asentar leyes que defiendan la igualdad no es lo mismo que alcanzar la igualdad. Ni que la igualdad, al modo del Estado, deba ser considerada como el grial último. El problema está en otros lugares, tiene otra naturaleza, se levanta sobre el miedo y la naturaleza del poder.

Sumarse al poder no ha beneficiado a la vindicación de "nuestra dignidad" (que conste que me chirría mucho este lenguaje) Y pienso que la cosa debería ir más por caminos torcidos que por las rectas vías del derecho. Como bien nos mostró Bentham, no existe más derecho que el que emana de la ley. Y la ley es un artificio, uno que, por lo que nos conviene, no debería servir a buenismos hipócritas.

Apoyo la lucha y su observancia mor de unas leyes que aceptan mi realidad (especialmente por el escándalo del ojo y el oído del temor) pero desde la consciencia afiladísima del funcionamiento de esa realidad. Desde la memoria constante de que el objetivo no es, para mí, ser asimilado, sino vivir, mostrar el vivir como un hacerse con muchas posibilidades.
